It landed on the ground and the people thought it was good.
It looked delicious, this apple. A bite was taken by one and then he soon spread the word about how delicious it had been. Everyone wanted one and indeed, everyone took one for themselves. But what they did not know -what they could not know- was that this apple had something in it’s seeds. And inside of these seeds was a parasitic organism and the organism went Inside of them.
Soon the organism hatched and it began to grow. It grew arms that began to sprout claws and you would think that the organism was going to destroy its host. But it did not. In fact, it decided to lay dormant instead. The claws slowly began to hold back tongues and the tentacles reached to their eyes and made them blind. Another appendage found their ears and made them deaf. It decided to control them instead of destroy them. And the people were so happy.
